About Sara

Some people arrive here carrying a lot. A life that no longer fits. A transition they didn't plan for. Navigating midlife as a woman. The weight of other people's expectations. Or a quiet but persistent sense that something is changing — even when everything looks fine from the outside.

I know that feeling. I spent more than 20 years working in demanding corporate environments, experiencing pressure, responsibility, change and everything that comes with holding a lot together.

Over time, I became increasingly interested in what happens when we slow down enough to actually listen to ourselves — underneath the expectations, the roles and the noise.

That is what led me to Coaching, Reiki and Yoga — and to creating Nova.Studio.

A place for women to step out of the noise for a while. To slow down. To come back into the body. To listen to their intuition and their own inner wisdom without being told what they should think, feel or do.

Nova.Studio is that space — in Østerbro and online.
