Nova.Studio is located in Østerbro, Copenhagen, within Salig on Masnedøgade 20, 2. sal, 2100 Østerbro— a calm and welcoming space created for wellbeing, reflection, and meaningful connection.

Appointments are by booking only, as I do not offer walk-in visits.

Monday: 15:00–20:00
Tuesday: 12:00–20:00
Wednesday: 10:00–15:00
Thursday: 12:00–20:00
Friday: 10:00–15:00
Saturday: 10:00–14:00

PLEASE NOTE: due to construction work on the outside of the building, appointments are currently only offered after 15.00 o’clock. Click on BOOK NOW for updated schedule and availability.

The studio is designed as a place to step out of the pace of everyday life for a moment. A space to slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and supportive environment.
