Reiki is a gentle, restorative treatment that supports balance in body and mind. At Nova.Studio in Østerbro, Copenhagen, I offer professional Reiki healing in a calm setting designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself — especially during periods of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm.
Reiki is a Japanese hands-on energy practice that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore itself, both physically and emotionally. During a session, you rest fully clothed while the treatment encourages deep relaxation, mental clarity, and renewed steadiness.
I work with traditional Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki, combining a grounded, time-honoured approach with a deeply calming and supportive energy. The intention is simple: to create the conditions where your body and nervous system can soften, rebalance, and reset.

What to Expect in a Reiki Session
Each session begins with a short conversation to help you settle and answer any questions you may have ahead of the treatment. If you like, set an intention for your session. You’ll then lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table, wrapped in a blanket for comfort.
The session unfolds in stillness, and there is no need to take an active part or speak during the session. I place my hands lightly on or above different parts of the body, moving from head to feet. Experiences of Reiki differ, and some people feel warmth, tingling, or even waves of energy passing through their body; others simply rest deeply. As the breath softens, the body releases tension, and the nervous system finds space to reset and reconnect.
As the session comes to an end, there is time for you to share any reflections you may have as a result of the treatment. Many people describe feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered. It is not uncommon that the effects unfold for days after the treatment, like a quiet thread of balance you carry into daily life

Sometimes the body just needs permission to stop.
In this session, you lie fully clothed in a warm, quiet space while Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on or hands-off energy work. There is nothing you need to do, prepare, or understand. The body knows how to respond.
As the nervous system settles, many people experience a deep stillness — a kind of rest that feels different from sleep, and different from anything a busy mind can find on its own.
We begin with a few minutes to arrive and close with space to gently integrate — so you leave feeling grounded, not just relaxed.
Whether it's your first time, a regular practice, or simply a quiet hour you're claiming for yourself — you are welcome here.
Deep Meeting – 90 min · 1,200 DKK
For when a single hour is not enough.
Some things need more time. A decision with weight behind it. A pattern that keeps returning. A transition that deserves more than a quick conversation.
This meeting can a combine coaching conversation with somatic and energy work. We begin in dialogue, and when relevant, bring the body into the process. Through breath, stillness, or Reiki, what surfaces in conversation is given space to settle and integrate.
The meeting is not pre-structured. It follows what is needed.
Often booked when something significant is unfolding — or when there is a sense that something needs to shift.
Available in person or online.
Distance Reiki (by arrangement)
Reiki can also be offered at a distance.
This is typically arranged as a shorter meeting and may be a good option if you are unable to attend in person, or as gentle support between meetings.
