When You Might Seek Transition Coaching:
• Feeling the early signs of stress or burnout and wanting to address it before it deepens
• Recovering from long-term stress or burnout
• Questioning your direction — personally or professionally — even if life looks fine on the outside
• Navigating relocation or life between cultures
• Moving through separation, divorce, or the reshaping that follows loss
• Experiencing perimenopause or menopause — where emotional, physical, and identity shifts can feel unfamiliar, and old ways of coping no longer work
• Adjusting to parenthood and the shifts in identity, body, and nervous system
What these moments have in common is not failure — it’s change. And change asks for a different way of listening.
Life Transition Coaching at Nova.Studio in Østerbro, Copenhagen supports individuals navigating meaningful life changes — professionally, personally, or internally.
These periods don’t always look dramatic; sometimes life simply shifts, and we find ourselves trying to catch up with who we’ve become.

My Approach to Life Transition Coaching
I work with people who are capable, reflective, and deeply human — people who sense that something important is shifting, even if they can’t yet name what comes next.
I have chosen not to work from fixed programs or predefined frameworks. Our work is responsive, relational and intuative— shaped by what is present for you, not by a predetermined destination.
Coaching conversations with me is not about being told what to do or pushed toward outcomes. It’s about slowing down enough to understand what your body, nervous system, and inner landscape are communicating — and learning how to move forward without overriding yourself.
My work is shaped by training in Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Stress Management, and Mindfulness. I bring structure and clarity, while holding space with warmth, honesty, and grounded presence.
Together, we explore patterns, gently challenge long-held beliefs, and translate insight into practical, sustainable steps that support real life — not an idealised version of it.
What to expect from a coaching meeting
Each meeting is shaped around where you are — not a pre-set framework.
Our work may involve:
Untangling thoughts and finding new perspectives
Exploring deeper layers of belief, self-worth, and identity
Working with stress responses and the nervous system
Creating clarity around next steps that feel grounded and true
I hold space with curiosity, compassion, and steadiness, while helping you turn insight into action — at a pace that respects your life, your body, and your process.
If you’re in a place of transition and looking for support that feels human, calm, and real, you’re very welcome here.
You can also explore how this work connects with Reiki and nervous system support here.

Coaching – 60 min · 850 DKK
Sometimes you just need a space where you can hear yourself think.
In this meeting, we explore what is present for you — a decision you are circling, something that feels stuck, or simply a quiet sense that something needs to shift. There is no agenda beyond what you bring.
The conversation moves at a pace that allows for real reflection. Not to fix or force anything, but to help you understand what is already there — your own clarity, beneath the noise.
Many people I meet are navigating transitions. Leaving something behind, building something new, or trying to understand who they are outside of a role that once defined them.
If any of this resonates, this meeting is for you
Available online or in person.
Deep Meeting – 90 min · 1,200 DKK
For when a single hour is not enough.
Some things need more time. A decision with weight behind it. A pattern that keeps returning. A transition that deserves more than a quick conversation.
This meeting combines coaching with somatic and energy work. We begin in dialogue, and when relevant, bring the body into the process. Through breath, stillness, or Reiki, what surfaces in conversation is given space to settle and integrate.
The meeting is not pre-structured. It follows what is needed.
Often booked when something significant is unfolding — or when there is a sense that something needs to shift.
Available in person or online.
“I have had the pleasure of working with Sara, and she has had a significant positive impact on both my development and my well-being. As a coach and leader, she manages to create a safe, open space where you feel seen, heard and genuinely supported.
She has a rare ability to combine empathy and warmth with sharpness and clarity, which made our conversations both meaningful and action-oriented. Sara helped me gain new perspectives, find clarity in complex situations and develop concrete steps that I could work on – both professionally and personally.
Her approach is authentic, holistic and deeply human. I always left our conversations with more energy, greater self-confidence and a sense of direction.
I can highly recommend Sara as a coach. She makes a real difference.”
