Transition Coaching

Life doesn’t always fall apart — sometimes it simply changes, and we’re left trying to catch up with who we’ve become.

Transition coaching is for people who are moving through a meaningful life shift and need space to pause, orient themselves, and find their footing again — without being rushed, fixed, or pushed into the next thing too quickly.

This work isn’t built around fixed programs, rigid frameworks, or promises of transformation within a set number of weeks.
Life transitions don’t move in straight lines — and meaningful change happens when there is space to listen, respond, and move at a pace that’s right for you.

You might be in the midst of a transition such as:

  • Becoming a parent and adjusting to a new body, identity, and nervous system

  • Moving to a new country or navigating life between cultures

  • Recovering from long-term stress or burnout

  • Perimenopause or menopause, where old ways of coping no longer work

  • Divorce, separation, or the quiet reshaping that follows loss

  • Questioning a life or career that looks fine on the outside, but no longer feels true

What these moments have in common is not failure — it’s change. And change asks for a different way of listening.

This work may support you if:

  • You feel like you’re in between who you were and who you’re becoming

  • Stress, overwhelm, or physical symptoms are asking for your attention

  • You feel unseen, misunderstood, or tired of having to explain yourself

  • You want to rebuild self-trust after change, loss, or exhaustion

  • You’re ready to move forward — but in a way that actually feels aligned

Career questions may be part of our work together, especially when they reflect a wider life transition. I don’t offer CV writing or interview coaching; instead, we look at career as one expression of a deeper shift in values, identity, and direction.

My approach

I work with people who are capable, reflective, and deeply human — people who sense that something important is shifting, even if they can’t yet name what comes next.

I don’t work from fixed programs or predefined frameworks designed to reach a goal within a specific timeframe. Instead, our work is responsive and relational, shaped by what is present for you in each meeting

Coaching with me is not about being told what to do or pushed toward outcomes. It’s about slowing down enough to understand what your body, nervous system, and inner landscape are communicating — and learning how to move forward without overriding yourself.

My work is shaped by training in Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Stress Management, and Mindfulness. I bring structure and clarity, while holding space with warmth, honesty, and grounded presence.

Together, we explore patterns, gently challenge long-held beliefs, and translate insight into practical, sustainable steps that support real life — not an idealised version of it.

What to expect from a meeting

Each meeting is shaped around where you are — not a preset framework.

Our work may involve:

  • Untangling thoughts and finding new perspectives

  • Exploring deeper layers of belief, self-worth, and identity

  • Working with stress responses and the nervous system

  • Creating clarity around next steps that feel grounded and true

I hold space with curiosity, compassion, and steadiness, while helping you turn insight into action — at a pace that respects your life, your body, and your process.

If you’re in a place of transition and looking for support that feels human, calm, and real, you’re very welcome here.
