HOW I WORK
There is no fixed formula in my work and no belief that change happens because someone gives you the right answer.
I work with women navigating stress, life transitions, overwhelm, or the quiet feeling that something no longer fits.
Many of the women I work with are capable, reflective, and used to holding things together. They are often very good at listening to everyone around them, but less practised in listening to themselves.
I see people as carrying experiences, patterns, stories, responsibilities, and wisdom — sometimes all layered on top of each other to the point where it becomes difficult to hear what feels true underneath. Sometimes we simply become disconnected from our own voice beneath all the noise.
My role is not to tell you who to become.
It is to create a space where you can become more honest with yourself.
Some meetings may involve practical coaching tools and reflective conversation. Some may involve Reiki, somatic awareness, or simply creating enough space for your nervous system to soften.
I don't separate mind and body in my work, because I don't believe we experience life that way.
I bring training in Life Coaching, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Stress Management, Mindfulness, Reiki, and Yoga, alongside many years supporting people through pressure, growth, and change in leadership environments.
But more than any specific training, I bring curiosity, presence, honesty, and a belief that you already carry more within you than you may realise.
There is no rush toward becoming someone else.
The work is simply about coming back to yourself.
