My work brings together evidence-based coaching and holistic practices to support the whole person —
Mind, Body, and Energy.
I work with people navigating stress, transition, overwhelm, or a quiet sense of disconnection — people who want support that is both practical and deeply human.
My training includes Life Coaching, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, and Stress Management grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am also trained in Mindfulness based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn and continue to deepen my understanding of the mind–body connection.
This means our work is always respectful of your nervous system, your lived experience, and your pace.
Alongside coaching, I am certified in Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki, and a Yoga Alliance–recognised 200-hour Yoga Teacher, with a focus on yin-inspired and mindful movement. These modalities allow me to work gently and effectively with stress responses, emotional regulation, and embodied awareness — supporting balance not only cognitively, but on a deeper, felt level.
In addition, I bring over 20 years of experience supporting and developing people within international leadership environments. This gives my work a grounded, real-world understanding of responsibility, pressure, and change — while the holistic practices bring the intuitive, compassionate dimension that defines Nova.Studio.
Together, this creates an approach that is warm, person-centred, and designed to support sustainable wellbeing and meaningful personal growth.
Each meeting is held with the intention of supporting real, tangible shifts — whether through reflection, embodied awareness, or energetic balance. By combining insight with practical tools and deep rest, the work supports clarity, renewed energy, and a growing trust in your own inner resources.
There is no rush toward transformation — only support for change that feels integrated, steady, and genuinely yours.
