I offer tailored sessions and programs that integrate three core practices:

  • Coaching – One-to-one coaching sessions to explore challenges, strengthen resilience, and create clarity in times of change. Coaching helps employees feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow both personally and professionally.

  • Movement and Mindfulness – Guided practices such as meditation, breathwork, mindful movement, and body scans. These sessions help reduce stress, improve focus, and bring calm to busy workdays — offering tools staff can integrate into everyday life.

  • Reiki Healing– Gentle treatments that calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance. Reiki can be offered individually or as part of wellbeing days, helping staff reconnect with themselves in a deeply restorative way.
