Coaching is about taking ownership of your life — clarifying what truly matters, identifying what holds you back, and consciously moving toward the future you want to create. It’s not about being fixed or told what to do; it’s about uncovering the beliefs, patterns, and strengths that shape your path and learning how to work with them.

With many years of experience guiding and coaching people through change, I bring structure, honesty, and grounded insight. My approach is shaped by training in Life Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Coaching, Stress Management, and Mindfulness — blending evidence-based methods with a holistic and somatic awareness.

Together, we explore patterns, challenge limiting beliefs, and turn insight into meaningful action — helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and trust in yourself.

Each session is tailored to your needs, and as you are in the driver’s seat it can be about untangling thoughts and finding perspective, or about exploring deeper layers of belief, energy, or self-worth. I hold space with curiosity and compassion, while helping you turn insight into practical steps that feel aligned with your life.

Coaching with Holistic Support

Sometimes words alone aren’t enough — the body and nervous system need space to release, too. That’s why coaching can be beautifully supported by Reiki or mindfulness practices. Together, they create calm, presence, and the right conditions for real and lasting transformation.

For me, coaching is about walking alongside you — not pushing or prescribing, but gently guiding you back to your own strength and clarity. I believe we all carry more wisdom and resilience than we sometimes realize, and my role is to create a space where you feel safe enough to uncover it and confident enough to live it. My greatest joy is witnessing those subtle but powerful shifts — when something clicks, when the weight feels lighter, or when you begin to see yourself in a new light.
