Nova.Movement is a mindful, stress/trauma-informed practice that blends meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement to help you reconnect with your body and release stored tension and energy. Each session is an invitation to slow down, feel, and move with awareness — creating space for clarity, calm, and renewal.

Drawing on principles from mindfulness, yin yoga, and stress management, the practice begins with a short meditation to arrive and ground, followed by gentle breathwork to regulate the nervous system. We then move through simple, intuitive movements — shaking, swaying, or stretching — to release held energy, before transitioning into yin-inspired poses that work deeply into the fascia and invite stillness.

This is not about performance, but presence — learning to listen to your body’s signals with compassion, curiosity, and care. From this place, healing and resilience naturally unfold.

Nova.Movement can be booked as a one-on-one session, and will gradually expand into small group classes, creating space for shared presence and collective grounding.
