Welcome to Nova.Studio
I’m Sara Gerlee, the founder.
At heart, I’m someone who is deeply curious about people.
I care deeply about creating spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and feel met as they are. People often describe my presence as calm and steady. I bring structure when it’s helpful, but I’m equally comfortable letting a conversation unfold in its own way.
I tend to notice what is happening beneath the surface of a conversation — not just what is being said, but what someone might be feeling or carrying quietly in the background.
So when we meet, you won’t encounter a method or a performance.
You’ll meet a curious and supportive human being who genuinely wants to understand what is unfolding for you.
My path to this work didn’t begin in the coaching or healing world.
For more than 20 years, I worked in international sales and leadership environments, supporting teams and navigating complex organisations across cultures and markets. On paper, it was a successful career.
But what energised me most was never the strategy or the targets — it was the conversations. The moments when someone felt seen, when perspective shifted, and when something meaningful moved beneath the surface.
Over time, I realised that what mattered most to me was not performance, but connection. Not pressure, but perspective. Not output, but growth.
Nova.Studio grew from that realisation.
It brings together the grounded understanding I gained through years of working with people in demanding environments with the more intuitive and reflective practices that helped me reconnect with myself.
Today, I value depth over speed, presence over performance, and meaningful conversations over measurable output.
If we work together, you can expect a space that is calm, respectful, and attentive — where your pace is honoured and your own inner clarity has room to emerge.
‘I highly recommend Nova Studio. It was the most wonderful, calm and relaxing experience with Sara, and I left feeling refreshed, happy and completely at peace. It was wonderful! Definitely not the last time I come to Sara.’
