About Sara

Some people arrive here carrying a lot. A career that no longer fits. A transition they didn't plan for. A quiet but persistent sense that something is changing — even when life looks fine from the outside.

I know that feeling. I spent 20+years in corporate life before choosing to build something that felt true to who I am.

I trained in Coaching, Reiki Healing and Yoga because I wanted to offer what I needed most during that time — a calm, grounded and unhurried space to slow down, reconnect, and find clarity without pressure or performance.

    Coaching and Reiki combined. For when something significant is happening and one hour is not enough.
