Finding a new home for Nova.Studio

Transitions have a way of teaching us things we could never have planned for.

When I first opened Nova.Studio, I knew I wanted to create a space where women could pause, breathe, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. What I didn't know was exactly where that journey would lead.

And now, Nova.Studio moved into its new home at SALIG on Østerbro.

On the surface, it is simply a change of address. A different building. A different room.

But as with many transitions in life, there is often more happening beneath the surface.

Over the past year, I have spent a lot of time talking with women who find themselves at a crossroads. Sometimes through perimenopause. Sometimes through changes in relationships, careers, identity, health, or simply a growing sense that something no longer fits in the way it once did.

Again and again, I see the same thing.

The next step rarely arrives with complete certainty.

Instead, it often begins as a quiet feeling. A sense that something is shifting. A knowing that it may be time to move towards something new, even before we fully understand what that something is.

In many ways, finding SALIG felt a little like that.

Not because I was looking for a bigger space or a more impressive setting. But because I was looking for a place that felt aligned with the work itself.

A place that reflects the qualities I hope clients experience when they walk through the door: calm, warmth, acceptance, and the feeling that there is no need to perform or be anything other than who they are.

A place where people can arrive exactly as they are.

For me, Nova.Studio has never been about fixing people.

It has always been about creating space. Space to listen. Space to reflect. Space to reconnect with what is already there.

The move to SALIG feels like a natural continuation of that intention.

As Nova.Studio continues to evolve, so does my understanding of the work. What began through Reiki has expanded into coaching, somatic awareness, reflection, and supporting women through the many transitions life brings.

The common thread remains the same. Helping women find their way back to themselves.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who has trusted me with their stories, their questions, and their journeys so far.

And I look forward to welcoming both familiar and new faces into this next chapter at SALIG.

Love,

Sara
